Ingredients

Araliya Chilli Pieces 2 tablespoons

Araliya Red Chilli Sauce 2 tablespoons

Shredded Cheese 20 grams

Prawns 50 grams / Sausages 50 grams

Potatoes 100 grams

Corn 20 grams

Thickening Cream or Milk 1 cup

Mushroom 20 grams

Butter 20 grams

Pasta 500 grams
Preparation
Step 1
Pasta:
Add 500g of spaghetti (or any pasta) in a pot of salted boiling water. When the water starts boiling, add butter or olive oil. Boil for 10 mins
Rostered Potato:
Add 100 grams of Potatoes to a pot of salted boiling water with butter. Boil for 10 mins.

Step 2

Pasta:
Add a tablespoon of butter and fry, onions, mushrooms, and sausages / prawns until golden brown. Add salt, chilli pieces and chilli sauce.
Rostered Potato:
Butter a tray and bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Pasta:
Add the thickening cream or milk and stir till the milk boils. Add the Pasta. Add cheese to taste. Serve hot with Rostered Potatoes.
Rostered Potato:
Take it out of the over, sprinkle some parsley and serve hot with the Pasta.
